On May 9, 1987, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ®, Omicron Epsilon Chapter was chartered on the campus of Elon College. The thirteen young ladies who worked strenuously to establish the presence of Omicron Epsilon at the college created a lasting impression on the campus's Greek community.
